Danny Lumen is a nobody—his peers ignore him, he’s flunking school, and he’s not particularly talented in any one area. But fire fascinates him. In order to achieve a sense of self-worth, Danny attempts to use his command and knowledge of the chaotic element for social good. But when Danny’s efforts get out of hand, his character, relationships, and sanity are pushed to their limits.
